Powered Aire is proud to introduce its newly redesigned line of In-Ceiling Air Curtains. All in-ceiling units, including the CHA and CLD, have been re-engineered and feature:
- A smaller depth that requires less top-down ceiling space
- Motor plate-mounted controls that can eliminate the need for an externally-mounted control panel in the majority of applications.
- Complete access through a hinged grill—even the motor plate can be removed through the bottom
- Newly placed hot water/steam coils enable motor and control access without the need to remove the coils
All In-Ceiling Units can be controlled by Powered Aire’s SmartTouch Controller and are available in unheated, electric heat, hot water heat, and steam heat. These low-profile solutions are ideal when space above the door is limited or when exposed air curtains are not desirable. In-Ceiling air curtains serve as a discreet tool that saves energy, prevents insects, and improves indoor comfort, all while being tucked away in the ceiling.
The CHA can also be used to replace vestibules as it was tested in accordance with ANSI/AMCA 220.
