There’s something in new in the air. Or in this case, the Aire.
It’s been a busy summer at Powered Aire. But every so often, we like to sit back and take stock of what’s new. And with that, we thought we’d provide an update on some of the new items at Powered Aire.
The EVE in Mirrored Stainless Steel
In just a few short years, the Elite Vestibule Exception (EVE) air curtain has become one of the most popular and recognizable air curtains in the Powered Aire line. Recently, the EVE was outfitted with a new, mirrored-stainless-steel case, adding a highly reflective finish that helps blend the air curtain into its surrounding environment. The new mirrored EVE complements the product line, which currently consists of traditional stainless steel, powder-coated white and powder-coated black. All EVE’s are available in all standard sizes between 30” and 120”.
A new Telescoping Nozzle is available for in-ceiling and recess mounted air curtains. The nozzle, made of galvanized steel, easily attaches to most of Powered Aire’s commercial and low-profile air curtains. It can be adjusted to provide between six (6) and twelve (12) inches of range to ensure a flush seal by containing airflow from the air curtain discharge to its departure from the ceiling. The SmartTouch family of controls now includes the SmartTouch lite, designed to be an economical version of the SmartTouch, offering Fan Mode and Fan Speed functionality as the primary controls. Along with the lite, Powered Aire offers the SmartTouch, the Aire Controller 3.0 FAC for Freezer applications, as well as the Aire Controller 3.0 CAC for Cooler applications.
