New Return Policy
We recently updated our return policy, which is outlined below and available here.
- All returns require prior approval and an RGA number.
- Installed units cannot be returned.
- Returns must be requested within 10 business days of shipment.
- Returned products must be unused, properly packaged, and undamaged.
- Inspect all shipments before signing. Visible damage or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s BOL/delivery receipt. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours, and all packaging retained.
- Contact the factory for the applicable restocking fee.

You may have noticed some changes to each Product Download section on our website, and we’re pleased to unveil the latest updates!
Each product page has been retooled to make important product information easier to find and access. Individual files, complete submittal packages, updated specifications, and the latest REVIT/BIM files are more readily available.
Our goal is to make the Powered Aire website the most useful resource possible for accessing key air curtain information—from specifications and performance data to the files you need for your next project.
